Right now bags that get dropped by players act as a barrier and cannot be passed my a low vehicle which makes the car stop instantly even tho the object is very small. My suggestion would be to make the bags like ragdolls so they get hit away if someone runs past them or gets hit by a car. These lootbags could be exploited to make road barricades with a couple of (sodium or any other drug material).
