I would like to develop a group acting as an informer organisation who will/can infiltrate into criminal organisations or get inside information in many other ways and sell this to the Los Santos authorities. An informer is probably the best resource available to the investigation when criminals committed a crime or are planning a criminal act. The informant is indispensable for authorities in order to keep the city of Los Santos and suroundings safe for their hard working residents. A good informer usually has knowledge of committed or to commit crimes, because they leans against criminal groups in one way or another. This informer organisation shouldn't be known to the criminal groups, civilians and to most of the authorites too. The informer organisation will run a normal business and use this as a cover for the outside world. Autorities can't without informers, BUT… can they be trusted ?? and don't forget, they will work for their personal gain of course. Best Thor
