Newbie to the forum.. reinstalling GTA, fill me in on RP.

Well this forum is for a server that uses RageMP. It seems pretty legit to me. I just signed up myself and am waiting for admin approval, so I can only give my initial impressions, but I'm looking forward to getting in the game.
