Bug you are reporting: Hopefully I will be able to explain this to understand it for you. So, there is a bug, when your friend takes a driving exam and you get into his car and whenever you get out, your speed gets stuck at around 20km/h, even if you are just running on your own feet. After you reconect, you get banned for speedhack. Would love to make a video explaining this, but can't since I got banned because of this bug. If you have any questions, please let me know, I can try to explain it in other way.
