Players and Factions can apply to have custom mapping or objects placed down made by the ECRP Event Team to help them host events and expand on their roleplay possibilities during these events. Please read over the requirements below first and then fill out an application form. Please be as detailed as you can be when describing your event so we can help you as accurately as possible.
Requirements:
The individual who fills out the application form must be a member of the faction themselves or the individual organising the event. If part of a faction, the individual must be a member of the Command team or the Public Relations Division of said faction. This allows us to communicate with the faction better to discuss what needs to be done.
Mapping requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before an event. Exceptions apply only to requests involving a small number of objects, which may be submitted no later than 1 week before the planned event. This ensures the Event Team has sufficient time to prepare the custom mapping, and requests are ultimately subject to the discretion of Event Team Management based on the current workload.
Mapping requests must have clear details of what is being requested (e.g. drawing out a map to outline where objects should be placed or providing a list of requested objects). This website can be used to help find objects. As a tip, only select objects with "prop" in the name as these are the only ones that work.
Requests & requested objects used in the mapping request must be realistic.
Vehicles, items, weapons, or assets may not be requested to be spawned, as this request system is intended for mapping/object placement only.
This request system is intended for event assistance; thus, this system may not be used for general custom item placement or long-term item placement for properties or businesses.
It must be noted that failure to abide by the above-mentioned requirements may result in your request being denied at the discretion of Event Team Management.
Request Format:
If you have read and understood the information above, you should post an event mapping request using the format below. Please make sure that you use the correct format and that you include all the required information to avoid the request being denied.
If your application has been accepted or denied, you will be contacted, and your application progress will either be continued and discussed further, or it will be closed.
