Hello. My name is Derick Lee and I am looking for a good loan so that I may buy a house. The house I am looking to buy is Jamestown St. 15. I hope nobody will take it before I do. The collateral I want to put on the line is the house itself. I am looking for a medium length loan at a reasonable interest rate. I am interested in any and all offers, but I will obviously take the loan provider who gives the best offer.
(OOC: I will need to be instructed on how to retrieve my loan and pay it off beyond the command, I am admittedly a new player but I am not dumb. For example, I will need to be told if I have to physically go to a location to pay the money back, and where that location is if that is the case.)
