  1. You told me that you have your POV, post it here it will help you. https://prnt.sc/rwa5dv
  2. Player(s) being reported: 26ID Date of interaction reported: 2020 04 09 Unix time stamp from HUD: 191 1586442137 Your characters name: Harry Dumbling Other player(s) involved: Name(s) Here Specific rule(s) broken: " 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. " How did the player break the rule(s)? He took his weapon out while being on gun point. Evidence of rule breach:
  3. Hey, Harry Dumbling here, As you can see in my POV first time when I went to him was mainly for OOC purposes ( to see his ID and make an instant /report 4 ), however when I saw him opening fire on me for no reason I dipped and hide over the corner. After that, I made sure that he is NOT shooting and went back to look for a good angle to help my friend. All in all, I did not circled when he was actively firing the weapon, only ran once from him, when I went back there the shooting was already done and there was no danger for my life.
  4. Required Report Format Player(s) being reported: ID 175 80 Date of interaction reported: 03-18 Unix time stamp from HUD: Unix time stamp here Your characters name: Harry Dumbling Other player(s) involved: Name(s) Here Specific rule(s) broken: 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. 13. How did the player break the rule(s)? So there was a shootout with zetas, I injured 175 and without any RP he continued giving information when I was nearby him with a weapon in my hands. After all of that ID 175 started saying "im about to die cpr me cpr me" and ID 80 CPRed him without any RP what so ever which is powergaming. This whole scenario was terrible RP experience I have had in a while, official gangs like "Zetas" shouldn't be providing such a low quality RP. Evidence of rule breach:
  5. Player(s) being reported: 166 29 94 Date of interaction reported: 2020 01 05 Unix time stamp from HUD: 28| 1578237881 Your characters name: Harry Dumbling Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was driving around the block and I saw some cars parked in alley. They saw me to and decided to chase me. They were giving me NRP demands at 110km/h+ and after that they shot me. Evidence of rule breach:
  6. Selling a 1g house in all known place. Close to LSC. Im going to sell this house to a reasonable guy who understands house value. Photo of the house location (2th floor) You can reach me through email : Jebeco#[email protected]
  7. Hey id 127 here. I was waiting till you aim at my guy then slowly walked away to the other room. From my POV you were aiming straight at my friends head so I chose that time to walk to the other room and hide behind the wall. I take full responsibility of my actions even tho it wasn't particularly my fault and I could of done that since its not against the rules, im very sorry that this kind of situation occurred and I would be more than happy to refund all the stuff you've lost due to this accident
