having same problem/ not able to register

I played a long time ago and i forgotten my username and apparently i didt use my email either so there is no way to recover it and i cant register for a new account because i hit the 2 account limit, can someone please help. my rockstar social is PinheadNed. can someone please help me i have been trying to join all evening

when i try to join for the first time in like years it says user dose not exist when i do i put the same thing in as i do for logging in here. Also when i try to register through the game it says i already have two accounts or that my email is already in use. I would just like to be able to play please help i can't find anywhere else to post this.
