    No. It's something to do with the server. I either freeze, crash, timeout on this screen

    I have the same issue. GTA:N crashes or stays on that screen with the beach without the login window popping up when I connect to the server. I managed once to play for a bit, but now I can't. ! This only happens when I try to play Eclipse...
