Any info's about considering this?

So, Im suggesting we should have command (imagine it works on phone) so we can type and send our ads without reporter, and it should cost like 1$ per word, and that money would be gone from our account right after sending the ad message. Example: /sendad Selling Green Warrener, Fresh Colored And Handled With Care. (60 characters) notif* - You paid 60$ for your ad. Thanks for using our services. (or 120$ if price would be 2$ per word/empty space)
