I do not believe you can use any of those type of modifications.

Wanna change the speed of my Tow Truck while you're at it? It doesn't have fuck all any power when I'm trying to a tow truck... In all honesty, it's sort of the same thing, once you do it for one person, a lot more will want it done. Just my opinion. As it was said before, use an alternate vehicle. Although I do understand vehicle preferences.

I support this however, it falls under the same "parameters" so to speak, of vehicle mods as a whole, adding the real life Crown Victoria, etc to the game. Just my perspective but I do know it's a pain in the ass trying to catch something/someone that in real life there shouldnt be any issues.

I support this as Mechanics get a little boring when there's no cars to tow +1.
