    In terms of out of character. I don't see why anyone would want to take drugs, I don't see how there could be a market place for them.

    Hello, I have a quick question regarding how to sell drugs, is there a system to it? Like can you drop them off at a place and get money, or do you have to actually sell it to a player? Secondly, if you do HAVE to sell it to a player, why would anyone buy it if its just negative effects in a video game?
