So as we all know, refilling your vehicle during a police chase or something alike would be considered Non-RP.

However, players still have the ability to refuel there vehicle as many times as they want if they have a gas can(s) in the vehicle or on there person.

So the suggestion is pretty simple, to combat this being abused disable players ability to refuel with a gas can whilst in the vehicle. If possible, make us only be able to do it if we're standing outside the vehicle. within a very close range of it. Failing that - make it so the engine must be turned off in order to refuel with a gas can.

(Finally, this should be a process that isn't instant.. Invent >> Right Click >> Use.  Maybe add an animation or make it so the process stalls your character for 5-10 seconds.)

    +1 if you agree/support

    -1 If you disagree

    Happy RP'n!

  2. You cant just come to a city and expect to take a turf in a matter of week's.. Afraid it doesn't work like that.

If every gang had turf, then how would the gangs/crims earn cash from selling product/weaponry if everyone had  the import ability.. It's a touchy subject, one that'll be dealt with presumably on the release of the new criminal faction system.

However, more turfs would be great.. +1

  3. Personally i believe it should be RP'd thoroughly, regardless if you injured them or not.

At the end of the day we're all here to RP (most of), and if anything it only enhances  the RP standard for ourselves and those around us.

I've never looted someone without proper RP and i always provide a /do any reason i couldn't? (For all we know that person may have RP'd chaining a weapon to there body or whatever - and if you don't give them a chance to respond then ultimately you could be FailRP'n)

  4. Wrong section. I'm pretty sure this was suggested a while back also.

Nevertheless if it's moved to correct section +1

On a final note, from some of the comments above

    Quote

"once the criminals learn how to RP properly.."

" would maybe support it if criminals knew how to rp but they don't know how to rp"

These comments are completely unfounded.. and to categorise all criminals as not knowing how to "RP properly" is just absolutely absurd.

And there's a lot of rulebreakers out there taking your earned cash from you. I just got robbed 3 times in 2 hours in farming. Great, right?

    The three R's as i call it..Record>Report>Refund.

Being robbed is all part of the experience, but I'd like to add a lot of criminals do RP properly and try there upmost to do it by the book.

But yes.. The server currently has a lot of people whom don't know the difference between a /do & /me. I find myself day after day attempting to explain how to use the said commands & I'm sure many other people do also. Granted, we shouldn't have to go /o and tell someone your not RP'n properly but sadly that's the case atm.

  6. There's lots of RP on ecrp.. Sometimes, yes you've gotta go out and find it, or create it yourself..

And with criminals/gangs robbing you, if you actually RP with us (the bigger gangs etc) it can be fun and lead to many different scenarios..rather than not complying and get killed..

My friend also said that I was just standing there and not shooting...

From my own experiences using rage; If you take cover and fire like you did in the video above, the sync becomes 10x worse.

Tbh I barely use the phone in game(in fact I don't) but when you're around someone do you just need to see 10 lines of text xxx takes his phone out xxx puts away his phone?, I'd just reintroduce the old samp system /sms xxx>player takes his phone out and sends the message same thing for /call etc

It's all about improving the experience, but I guess you don't get that.

I don't see a point it in tbh, beside more forceful spam

You don't see the point? It's pretty simple.
    Lets simplify a little more..

IRL>> Person takes phone from pocket. We see this, one would notice it..

IG>> Someone takes there phone out, do we see them do it?.. With ame we would, it's automatic.

Saying that it'd be mroe forceful spam is just outright ridiculous.

-1 The amount of time wasted dealing with people refusing to accept frisks was insane. And the amount of reports that would be never answered regarding this would also be insane. This would only work if people were willing to RP and 50% of the time they are very sour to have been downed so just stall and meta game their mates coming to help them.

This puts the players who play in a legit manner at a massive disadvantage.

Very very true. I'd say over 70% of people refuse to RP after being downed, they dont accept frisk so we cant get name, cant figure how much cash they got on them and so on.

Even on a downed body, I pat down with a ME then use a /do any reason i couldn't? - But they just don't reply, it's sad. We then /report and wait 2+hrs for a reply sometimes.

Don't make it worse for us than it already is, just ask any criminal.

i have never lost health from sprinting, i think that you're referring to a bug that occurred for some people who didn't play their story mode game.

If you run for too long, you use to start to run out of stamina which in turn would eat away at the health bar - since the 1.44 update it's broke.
