This should be moved to Suggestions, This is a great idea. In real life there is bail bondsmen / bounty hunters who do have backgrounds, and felonies. Ex : Dog the bounty hunter It would be great to have this type be a real faction, with organization and rules to follow. Allowing civilians with felony backgrounds but having the proper requirements become a bounty hunter / Bail bondsmen.
