yes im using my user name 'AZZX5' when going on to the log in thing on the actual server and it says this username does not exist

basically i made my first account and that didnt work with one email and password and all that stuff and it said the same thing so i made another one with a different email and yet agin the same thing, i nkow im not typing wrong cus i write everything down when signing up for sruff.

Basically yeah when i go on the launcher and click on the server and try to login it comes back saying this account name does not exist? if anyone could give me any guidence on this i would be much obliaged because this is really starting to annoy me.
