Broken Verification Process:

Attempted to make a new account for a certain reason. Went through the process, and made my account using a new email. When I created the account, it told me that I needed to verify my account through the Game Panel, on the website. I then went to the game panel, and attempted to log in and verify my email. When I attempted to log in, it told me that I had an invalid username and password. Then, when I went onto my other account (my main), and looked on the game panel at "Verification", it told me that "Once you log in and create a character, then you will have access to the Game Panel".
This leads me to believe that new accounts do not have any access to joining the server, as you apparently need to have a character to log into your game panel, and you have to have the game panel to log in, and create a character.
So lets look at this and see where the issue occurs.
Making the Account
Make an email that you would like tied to the forums/account
Create a Username/Password through the Ingame start menu
You are then prompted to "Verify your email through the Game Panel, on "panel.eclipse-rp.net"
Once email is verified, you may log into your account, and create your character after completing the Quiz
Verifying the Email
Go to "panel.eclipse-rp.net"
Log in using your username/password that you previously set ingame through the ingame start menu
Once you have logged in, you may then verify your email and log ingame, and create your character.
Realizing the Issue
Look at Steps 1-4 in "Making the Account", and steps 1-4 in "Verifying the Email", this is the most crucial step in understanding where the issue lies.
