The -1 guys are cops and civilians who don't really care about the prison time cause it doesn't affect them that much and these guys seem to think that people who roleplay as criminals have all the free time they want. You guys seem to forget that people have actual lives to take care of like family, school, jobs etc. School has started again so people have less free time to waste in the empty prison.
Would you like to waste 2-8 hours in a place where you can't do anything and you can't even afk? The criminals make up most of the server and these cancer updates that take up all of the free time these criminals have will increase the chance of them leaving the server or changing their character. And what happens when criminals disappear? The server will become boring with cops, civilians and few criminals roaming around the already empty city. Long story short the server will die off.

I agree on buffing the drug labs but why do you want to make crime related stuff only available to official gangs?
How about lets make all crime activities only available to official gangs so smaller gangs and small bunch of people that do not want to be an official gang or haven't been made an official gang yet, can't do anything crime related. Official gangs already get enough buffs over non-official gangs and small gangs already have a low enough chance to win because most official gangs are allied.

It doesn't validate anything. I never said that they are never online. What if gas station owners are Europeans and its night time for them and they have to sleep to be able to go to school or work.

Why give developers more work to do? Take it like this: current gas stations have an automated system where a person pays and gets the fuel for it - just like IRL.
To me it seems that you have too much free time on hand and are butthurt because you are unable to own a business so you are trying to devalue them as much as possible to increase your chance of owning one.

Most items you have on you will be taken by the cops and will get used by them for they're own good. Only thing i've gotten to keep are my empty bags that i've had with me when i've gotten arrested.

Eventually the activities you can do inside the prison will run out and it will get repetitive. -
A lot of people don't have enough time to afk in jail for 4-8 hours. (I for example have a school to attend and i usually get home at 5pm)
Even afking for 2 hours is cancer for me cause GTAV takes a lot of resources to run and I can't really do anything else while I'm stuck in jail.

Sorry, but if I'm going to get forced to drive 70km/h in the city where there is no traffic then i am not joining the server until it gets removed honestly.
Most of the time when I am on the server I am just driving around the city looking for activities to do, but I am not going to waste my time with the 70km/h limit. -
Imo it doesn't really make sense for houses/apartments to have a "weight" limit.

It's totally fine to buff the police cars so they can catch up to the fastest vehicles but everyone seems to forget about those people who don't drive cars that go over 200km/h.
And it's not like police didn't have any advantages to catch those fast cars: Advantages in numbers, high-speed pursuit vehicles (last time I saw 2 zentornos chasing me when I was driving with my comet), and let's not talk about the helicopter lol.
To be honest the PD didn't require a buff they just need to get better at driving cause last time I escaped from them in a stolen stock Stanier while I had 2 Kamachos, 2 regular pd cars and a helicopter on me. The max speed on my stolen Stanier was 160km/h btw.
