resolved Is There A Way To See If I Have Other Outstanding Charges?

Account name: KurtGrosser Character name: Phil Rutherford Issue/bug you are reporting: I was pulled over a few days ago by an officer for failing to yield. He said he gave me a ticket based on previous charges I had. This confuses me as that was the first time I had ever been pulled over. I was wondering if there was a way to find out if I have any other outstanding charges. It wouldn't make sense if I did because I've only played for about a week. Evidence (optional):
