Forcing everyone to record won't help with people cheating and there are other ways that can be implemented on the serverside to detect the cheats that forced recording would show as well.
There is also a difference between saving recording for the whole shootout situation or just the last 5-10 minutes which is the standard. Not everyone has TB or 100's GB of space so having to clear that daily, to weekly is just another nuisance and would get abused.
Instead, there should be better checks in place when it comes to players and what are they doing, especially when it comes to new players or players with low xp. For example rolling labs and stacking kills when you have 50k exp should put you on a watchlist and then have admins be actually active on them.
Experience for the player should be seamless and it's up to staff and developers to pick up the slack.

If possible, try using a VPN with location set to another country

Something that I have noticed is that I sometimes have to use 2FA IG and that usually only seems to happen when my IP changes, same reason as to why my login info is deleted every time I restart PC.
I am 99% sure that if you tried to login from another household/IP to your Eclipse Account in-game it would request for you to input your 2FA.

Usually respawning the vehicle works for them to see it. ( I have never tested if they have too just leave the stream range or the actual respawn of the vehicle matters )

Yes, it still happens sometimes. It's an issue with modded vehicles and because Police vehicles are majority of modded vehicles that is why it's only seen with these.

You can only have two firearms active at the same time. You already have two pistols therefore you can't buy the shotgun.
Unless you are reporting that money is taken but no firearm is given

Issue/bug you are reporting: When you are issuing a citation or a charge where the fine ends with a decimal point, in the case of the citation you wont be able to pay a citation and in the case of a charge, you wont pay any fines for it.
Expected behavior: If a citation/charge has a decimal point it should either round to the nearest integer or it should support decimal points

I was about to pull you over for driving in the incorrect lane of travel into the Burgershot. Your friend then exited the vehicle and I light you guys up, either telling your friend to get back in or he did it himself. Either way, your friend was out of the vehicle when I spotted a firearm on his back. He then got back in the vehicle and everything afterwards is in your recording. But what matters the most is what happened before, which isn't included

It worked before and it doesn't make sense that admins have to be involved anyway. The experience on the server should be smooth with minimal involvement of staff team unless a severe rulebreak occurs.
If Impounded or otherwise destroyed the vehicle should be removed from player.

Heya, ID 150 here.
1. I tazed Johnathan_Wellers as he was assisting in the Evading. We are allowed to taze from the vehicle as long as we are stationary and the other person is on foot or accelerating on the bike. I also always make sure that I only taze people that are on my side of the vehicle.
2. I do not have the recording as Johnathan_Wellers failed to inform anyone to save their POV even though we were on the scene together for quite a long period of time and he obviously knew who am I as he appropriately named me in the uploaded recording. https://imgur.com/Ui5dC6p
3. As it would be shown in my recording, if it would be available if the involved party informed people as they were supposed to, it would show that I tazed Johnathan_Wellers in his head as it was clearly sticking over the car for me. Had I tazed him through windows like he claims, I would have hit the driver or the passenger of the vehicle and not him. Had I tazed him through the vehicle, the taze also does not go through objects but stops at the first obstacle that is not a person. ( Windows do not count as proper object in GTA V, but actual chasis of the car does )
( There is also a situation where if someone is in the vehicle that you are tazing and you taze next to them in the metal parts of the vehicle, you and them will get a popup saying that they were tazed, but it doesn't actually do anything. If you actually taze someone in the vehicle it will force them out of the vehicle. But in this case, this situation didn't happen as even if I tazed the metal part of the car, it wouldn't ragdoll him and it would prevent the taze at all. Not to mention that I would hit the metal part of a vehicle that he wasn't in, in which case the taze would be completely stopped )
