I have all my licenses its just bugging all out I cant even spawn in a rental car or a truck cab

Charcter Name - Mike Meckstah Issue/Bug - When released from prison I was put straight outside. Not being able to obtain my clothes or my belongings. Them it spawned my flying in the air to the north most airport and no taxi is on its way its been 30 mins I am just trying to enjoy the server. Also the other day I chop shopped I sanchez I stole with bobby pins and after 8 mins it just disappeared and I got nothing for. Please Help -Mecksta
