I'm not here complaining. If you read the entirety of the post, you'd understand that:

"the majority of players ,who have been on the server for months/years, are taking the shit end of the stick. The players that saved up over a period of months to buy a nice place are losing out tremendously"

Sounds like a complaint to me 🤷‍♂️

I'm not losing sleep over a 400k loss. I could care less as I have bought it to own and not to sell. The issue is deliberately flooding the market so that new players can buy luxury apartments while the majority of players ,who have been on the server for months/years, are taking the shit end of the stick. The players that saved up over a period of months to buy a nice place are losing out tremendously. This goes for the apartments and houses.

Leave your assumptions and negativity at the door.

The only thing I'm being negative about is the negative attitude you have about the new properties. Markets change, some people win some people lose no point trying to change the very nature of an economy. You say you aren't losing sleep over a 400k loss but you're here complaining - take your own advice and don't be so negative 😄

If the demand was “met” why were so many apartments left unpurchased?

Do you think the devs should have found out the exact number of people that wanted property and added that exact amount? The only reason to be mad about the number they added is if you bought one early thinking you could make profit but got burned instead. Nothing but your own greed to blame 😉

  4. This thread is hilarious, everyone splashed out thinking they'd be able to sell the properties on for profit now they're mad because the markets been flooded 😂

This type of thing happens in real life guys, there was demand for property, that demand was met and the market changed accordingly. Don't be mad just because you didn't win, learn from it and move on. Just like in real life, big money investments are never a sure thing, be smarter with your money if you don't want to get burned.

Let's compare it to other cars in the similar price range (say 3-400k maxed at HE)
770, Gauntlet, Rapid are the popular 3

All 3 have (much) higher top speeds
2/3 are considered to handle better
Looks are subjective so be it, but most people don't like driving hatchbacks.

None of those cars handle better than the flash (especially not a gauntlet) and top speed is not everything. On tight tracks without long straights the flash will beat every single one of those cars. It's a performance rally car with low weight and an extremely powerful engine, calling it a hatchback is underselling it a little bit my dude 🙂

  6. Get a better name lads. Nothing wrong with copying the concept of Peaky Blinders IMO but at least try and use an original name. Other than that, great thread & good luck to you.

Thanks we are doing our best to show everyone than this server can be better home for everyone !

As you can see from the reacts to my post I've triggered a few snowflakes from one of the gangs that doesn't understand this 😂😂😂

This has been brought up several times, and I'd like to give the definitive answer on it, as I will not be addressing it again.

It isn't the 90s anymore, we're not playing GTA San Andreas. The people that make it from the hood do not drive low-riders and bounce down the street, they drive luxury cars, buy luxury watches and flex as much as possible, sometimes even bankrupting themselves with flexing. That's the leadership of the organization. We have members from all stages of the grind, we even have some people that are new in town, and they are in low-income vehicles such as Dominators and Sanchez'.

Sorry if it's been asked before but I didn't see anyone else asking it in the thread.

You're completely wrong though. Ever been to south central LA? You are 100% more likely to see someone from the hood riding in an impala than you are a supercar. Guaranteed.

  9. The black represents the dark abyss in which rival gang members will find themselves in. The greenrepresents money and marijuana and overall power.

((Bulletproof glass installed between front and back is realistic. In some countries there is a glass pane between front and back in taxis. Not bulletproof but a glass. I took that idea and made it bulletproof to get rid of robberies. I remembered that, came to that conclusion and advised them. I am allowed to do so, just like PD are allowed not to have handles in the back doors))

((It is absolutely not realistic, it isn't up for debate. PD cruisers not having handles is realistic because it imitates real life, an Uber having bulletproof glass is 100% not realistic because that doesn't happen in real life. When you eventually get a PG punishment, don't say I didn't warn you.))

((Sir, i was robbed and left alive, i remembered what happened. I can advise my workers to install the glass and order customers to sit in the back seats. It is not powergaming.))

((Think you're confusing MG with PG, the issue isn't with you "remembering" a robbery, the issue is that installing bulletproof glass in a car isn't realistic roleplay, which falls under the PG rules. If that was acceptable don't you think everyone would be driving round in bulletproof cars?))

((Applications, radio and messaging drivers would all be considered IC - Youre also encouraging powergaming in your discord by telling your drivers they can install bulletproof glass between the front and back seats))

((I honestly like the idea of DCC having competition as there's lots of good roleplay potential there, but you aren't making much of an effort to keep things within the rules))

  13. Hello my name is Peter Realname and I am a real person who does not work for DCC.

I have done some extensive research into the available transport companies in Los Santos and I have concluded that Uber is bad and DCC is good.

    Thanks for your time.

No name nor surname, no description. Made-up situation, none of those happened. Hate speech. If i remember correctly all of you work for DCC. I am going to report you to City Hall for spreading false information on government forums if you do not stop to do so.

Please do. I'm sure City Hall would be glad to hear from an unregistered business that hires criminals and promotes ownership of illegal weapons.

  15. Got a ride with one of these bozos and the guy smelled really bad like week old boiled eggs or something and he also insulted my mother, not only that but he got completely lost and we somehow ended up in the LS river, I nearly drowned and when I complained about it the driver just shit his pants and started crying saying he had a meth problem and it wasn't his fault. Really horrible service, go with DCC instead those guys are total professionals.
