How did the player break the rule(s)?
Hi, i was running away after robbing an ATM, i went off road until my car broke down. at this point i got out of the car and saw a river so i decided to jump in it and swim to the other side to try and run away. the two police officers were far behind me, but as i started running on the other side, id 14 started explicitly teleporting directly behind me while the other officer was running normally far away. he kept teleporting until he was right behind me, then he tazed me and caught me. he used teleportation hacks to close a massive gap that was impossible to run.
