[Refund Request] First Last (Items requested refunded) Character to be refunded: Michael Portalini Date and time of incident: 6-23-26 9pm Link to player/bug report (if applicable): Staff member who handled your in game report (if applicable): Requested refund (what and how much): Money - 20000-200000 Description of incident resulting in loss: my house bugged out. but this has happened over 10 times plus to me. I know no evidence but Im a honest person. And I think 10 is still short of a number but was seeing if theres anything I could comped for? It really cost me around 70k of time and money. 20k for the houses and each house yields around 40k-50k profit. Which I normally dont fail. But your guys call of course.
