Backstory
The Dark Waves began as an idea between two men who had seen too much corruption in the city.
Enver Prifti and Muqil Peciva grew up in neighborhoods where the law was supposed to protect people — but instead, they saw police corruption, bribery, and abuse of power. Innocent people were arrested while criminals with connections walked free.
After one incident where corrupt officers destroyed a business owned by Enver’s family, the two decided that relying on the system was pointless.
They started small.
First it was street deals and small jobs, then connections with underground suppliers. Slowly, they built a network that operated mainly at night — quietly, like waves in the dark ocean.
The name "The Dark Waves" came from their strategy:
They move silently.
They strike when nobody expects it.
Now the gang is expanding, recruiting loyal members and building an empire that the corrupt system cannot control.

2. Semi-Leader / Co-Leader
Muqil Peciva
Co-founder of the faction.
Helps lead the gang, organizes operations, and manages members.
3. Captain
Trusted members who manage smaller crews and operations.
4. Wave Soldiers
Full members of the faction who participate in activities and missions.
5. Prospects
New recruits being tested for loyalty and reliability.
Goals of The Dark Waves

Faction Rules (OOC)
All members must follow these rules:
Respect the server rules at all times.
No random killing (RDM).
No breaking character (stay IC during RP).
Follow orders from higher ranks.
Do not start unnecessary conflicts that could harm the faction.
No toxicity towards other players OOC.
Activity is important – inactive members may be removed.
Breaking these rules may lead to warnings, rank removal, or expulsion from the faction.
