Your explanation of what happened:
i had been a previous member of the community, years ago. i was looking at it as a fresh start, new beginning and a way to kill time when not busy with work. i logged on and i was banned. i used to play this server a few years back and wasnt really thinking about the past. its been years since ive logged into the community, i have no way of getting into my old accounts, so i decided to make a new account and enjoy my free time in ECRP by providing a fun and play full experience with other players and myself.
Why should your appeal be accepted?:
hello, here i am again attempting to make an appeal to enjoy this server before rage mp shuts down. i feel as if my last request was indepth and hit all my points well enough to just attempt a resubmission. i will add that i have no ill intentions within the server, community or those in charge. i simply wish to come back and enjoy the remaining time this server and RAGEMP has left. this was my first RP server years ago and i wish to be their as it disolves.
i think what has happened in the past shouldn't be reflected now. a lot of time has passed. i have done nothing but contribute positively to the community since joining this year. i had a clean record and in my time haven't even been reported for anything. i was working my way to become a LSPD officer, LSMES employee i had been a bennys mechanic and part of gangs that worked closely with one another, such as getting them orders, guns, plants. etc. i think we all make mistakes and how we carry it ourselves after said mistakes should be taken into consideration. i understand ban evading is a serious offense but i think the circumstances, and future of people who have come back to the community should also be taken into consideration. that being said i dont encourage anybody to do it if they have been known to cause issues, and continue to cause issues. i think in my case i should be given a chance to return as tylar as i was demonstrating people do change and i can continue to contribute positively to the ECRP community both as a legal faction member and a criminal faction member. thank you for taking your time to read this, i do hope i can come back and continue to have fun and create memories within the ECRP community.
for what its worth i would like to add. i was loved by most and hated by few. i had MANY allies and even fewer enemy's. id be willing to bet those who knew me would fight for me to maintain my citizen ship in the city i had great relationships with some of the bigger gangs and their gang leaders. OTF, EMPIRE, HIGHROLLERS, S12, MILESTONE ROUGES, LOST MC, WATERMELONS, and BRAVTA and a few lesser know gangs such as shadows, dark army, rooks. i spent most of my time doing my own thing staying away from trouble both ooc and IC i spent 90% of my time cooking at labs and making allies and lasting friendships with ECRP community memebers i spent the other 5-10% at OOT partys or other faction get togethers or gambling away all my money at the casino. i tried my best to resolve everything with peace. id make /reports to help anybody when i could weather i was at fault or not. an example of going out of my way to help selflessly help another player in need was when i was speeding through the vespucci river and accidently hit somebody's sandstorm into the river. i instantly made a /report and told the admin what had happened. the admin was quick to respond but that didn't stop me from stopping what i was doing, to get out attempt to pull this players items from the fast moving river so he wouldnt experience any loss of items and the admin didnt have to do the most to get his stuff back. i get thats part of an admins duty but i just wanted to make things right then and their with little to no issue for everybody involved.
i again sincerely apologize for breaking rules, i would have attempted appealed my previous ban if i had known my account details. to this day i cannot figure out my ecrp fourm name or password combo to log in and even attempt to make an appeal. in my time away from time of ban to now i have joined the US army and have given myself a new mindset and set of morals to live by. i think i have come along way from when i was playing before, to now. maybe the no ingame track record can support my clause. i really wish to prove it to the ecrp admins and founders by maintaining an admin free log, i hope from all the interactions ive had with admins in my time on ECRP that they have seen i am just a regular player attempting to RP peacefully in his free time i know i have interacted with some or alot of you, as both tylar king and Mike Lowray.
