Hello, Levi here. The reason i was finishing off reporting party with vehicle because punching and crowbar wasnt working it was bug, and driving over didnt work either he just died of bleeding.. Also the reason for fully killing was, because he did a call to someone on his phone and i saw that so before i got into any trouble i thought about fully killing him to get away from any problems.
