Do you believe that "Hands" is a valid demand given before shooting someone?
I do admit that just me shouting "hands" was escalated because i was literally meters away from a person with kevlar and an ak that was rapidly approaching me while drawing her weapon and i was not able to finish my sentence. I only actually attempted to shoot her once her weapon was drawn and she took position
Do you believe that you had valid escalation and reasons to shoot at the reporting party?
Most definitely, at the time of her arriving at the lab i was at the tables, my friend informed me that she got out her car with a heavy weapon and armors and was running towards the shack, i quickly got on my bike and stopped around the corner, saw her approaching while aiming her weapon and drove further to ensure my safety (1:03 of her POV), once she got around the corner and kept running towards me i instantly drove off, i don't believe her saying "hey" while running towards me with a heavy right after trying to catch me at the tables was a sign of "no hostile" intent.
Why was the tire shot beforehand?
I only shot the tire as a warning shot as i thought she was trying to get away, as i believe, i already had enough reasoning to engage on the reporting party but i still tried not to escalate the situation too quickly.
