Hello, thank you for taking your report. 

I do believe I had enough reason to punch him, and the evading part is obvious as I just committed a crime. I wasn't intending to punch him, i meant to square up with him, but I saw what he was going to do next so I decided to just go with RP, even though I feel like valid escalation was there. Same for him, he had valid escalation to shoot me off the bike and etc.

As for going to OOC, there is nothing to say for it as it was my mess up it did not contribute in a positive way. Over the time since my ban I have been very good about the OOC txocity, I have been ignoring it, letting rp happen even if it hurts me, and etc. This was just a little outburst only heard by me and him and apologized to him ASAP after that, that is why he is not reporting that. 

As for FRP is general, he never pointed a gun at me nor gave demands, instead he chose to shot hence why I evaded as there was no demands or etc. Yet, everything that is seen here was sorted out RPly. He got arrested, so did I.

Requested refund (what and how much): 7,000 Credits

Description of incident resulting in loss: I had bought a scout using credits, I was deciding between the dragur, kamacho, and scout. I wanted to test the scout one more time before deciding, but, I ended up getting a ban that made it impossible for me to refund it, The reason I didn't submit a request earlier is I just got unbanned a few weeks ago and I was trying to figure out the best way to go about this via talking to admins.

Evidence of loss: Logs should show all the proof.

Comments: Hopefully I can get it back, as I want to buy the kamacho as I cant stand the scout. I feel for spending the amount of money I have, this should be considered at the least.
