This sums everything pretty much. There was no escalation expect for our gang looking for him, him being spotted at burgershot, we then pulled up and he wasn't there but we looked around. We then found him again, confirmed its him and they are both souls and followed him. We then prepared to shoot him in retaliation for what he did to the gang, from fighting to hunting. I know we had DM rights, and the evidence provided from gators stream alone shows that.

Well if you were stop and think for ONE second, you would realize that we verified it and followed him to his apartment. We are not stupid and KoS anyone who we think is souls, we verify it and ensure we have DM rights. Also the MG goes hard with what you said. Hello, thank you in advance to whoever takes this report. I usually wait till a report has been taken by staff, but I feel its best to sum up all the info now. This response is being made from ID 10, but I will be summing everything up for my freind there as well. Both of us are currently apart of ghetto soldiers, a gang with a war going on with souls. My freind is the leader. DM Rights: We have been in a stressful situation with souls for a bit now. The initial problems started when we robbed the reporting party at a house robbery, this escalation can be proven in a report gator had made about it. Then, over the course of the next days tensions would rise as we had run-ins with the gang. Skip forward to around two night's ago when he would start a gang war. Gator would start a fight at burgershot, cuasing for multiple downed people, arrest, and angry gangs, surprisingly no one would die from my belief. He then spent the better part of a few hours sending hit squads on us and hunting us down. He also threatened us saying us our members will die, and demanding a meeting. While there was a "Ceasefire" it wasent agreed upon the leader, and this is the crim world no where in the rules do we have to abide by it. Therefore, with all of this in mind it is very reasonable to kill both of them. The PM/ID situation: While yes, Jimmy Is 45 in the pov, he left the server for a bit to upload the POV. Gator waited around 10 mins to PM us. Jimmy was a different ID at the time. I never responded further about what DM Rights we had as I was in an active situation and felt it was best to not get in a back and forth. Other things: While going through his past stream of that day the war started for proof seen below, I saw he accuses us of MG multiple times, I belive this is unfair to us as a whole, coming from a content creator that is oocly tarnishing our name to his viewers. With this being said, in the stream you see him saying things like "If we see them it's kill on sight at this point" and etc, just proving the DM Rights we had. Final remark before proof: We considered asking for alt rp before doing the hit on Gator, yet we considered it and given the escalation and what he has done, it seemed more then fair to kill him. Shadows has already started to retaliate ICly, this whole thing is playing and unfolding out icly providing good rp. While it sucks Gator is dead and NLRd, it's simply consequences for an IC action taken against our gang.
