ive been off of this server for about 2 years now and im unable to access my account. when i try to reset my password through the panel, the webpage goes black, and when i try to do it in game, i dont receive the email.

put it a refund request cuz i lost 20k do to the lock picking """""glitch"""""" while doing a house robbery. apparently its not a """""glitch""""" and its desync. how the fuck does that not qualify for a refund. if its out of my control and that happens im just supposed to say "ok thats awesome ill just go to prison even though it wasnt my fault" i must be missing something right?
