Hello! So when I go to look at something that I can interact with, there is a few options, but only the top one is always highlighted, and im wondering how to select the other ones?? I tried the scroll wheel on the mouse, a joystick on a controller, and pressing F2, and clicking it manually and none of those worked.. what do I do?

Hello, so I was doing garbaged truck things, and I acedentally ran over myeslf, and then when i called 911 i couldnt type medic in the chat so I just lost 2hrs of gameplay... help? just in case I get injured again?
