THE STEINS'
ORIGINS
Martin Stein, the founder of this mafia organisation, was born & raised in a family of crime or more adopted into one at a young age of 23. He was apart of a highly criminalised mafia group called "The Maroni's", this group was run by Martins Uncle Sal, his mothers brother. Marin always had a rough time finding a job when he was younger so his uncle adopted him into his business. Many years into his years as his uncles Capos his uncle suggested him to move away from Palermo & go to San Andreas for his own type of "business" because his uncle taught him so much about said business. Martins uncle Sal had connections in San Andreas to one Mr Pickler who has a grandson who was looking to get into the same type of business, and all they had to do was climb up on the criminal food chain. Picklers grandson was way younger than Martin as Martin was 56 and Mr Pickler was 21 years old and had tons to learn over the next 13 years Stein & Pickler robbed shops, sold illegal drugs and even murdered people who got in their way. They also made friends along the way that started to take interest into their "hobbies".
In year 5 of this ongoing climb of Steins & Pickler crime business they decided they should get separate experience pickler joined a street gang and stein decided to try out legal jobs like PI (private investigator) for the police to get their point of views and how they work so that starting the business will be smooth sailing.
Picklers Connections -

Intrigued by Pickler's potential, Snake took him under his wing. He introduced him to the criminal underworld of San Andreas, exposing him to a network of smugglers, drug dealers, and organized crime syndicates. Although Pickler initially hesitated, he saw an opportunity to escape his own circumstances and secure a better life for himself and his loved ones. As Pickler delved deeper into the criminal underworld, he honed his skills in negotiation, strategy, and resource management. He navigated the treacherous terrain with caution, earning the trust and respect of his peers through his unwavering loyalty and unwavering commitment to the cause.
Steins Experience -

One of Martin's most valuable connections was a reformed thief named Lorenzo "Lockpick" Rodriguez. After a chance encounter during one of Martin's investigations, the two discovered a mutual respect for each other's craft. Recognizing the unique skills each possessed, they forged an unlikely alliance, working together on cases that straddled the line between legality and illegality. Lockpick introduced Martin to the shadowy world of criminal networks and the hidden activities that plagued San Andreas. Martin, armed with his investigative prowess, became a valuable asset to Lockpick's operations. In exchange for his assistance, Martin gained unprecedented access to a wealth of information, enabling him to solve cases that had stumped both the authorities and his fellow private investigators.

The Underboss
A powerful second in command, the underboss could be a family member, such as a son who is being groomed to one day take over the family business. Consigliere: A counsellor and adviser to the boss. The consigliere is a trusted friend and confidant, usually the Number 3 man in the family.
