I think it would be a fun way of making a mobile home, storage area, etc. It would be accessible in the same way as the RV (i.e.: teleporting in through an access door), It would also be accessible through the driver / passenger seats (like the Terrabyte in GTA Online), You could place furniture inside, The interior would be about twice the size of an RV's.
