  1. RANKS AND COLORS SENIORS Not much is known about the seniors. They don't have a dress code and are very exclusive. Very few have met them and survived to tell the tales. They normally work at the top of the family on down, only speaking to a select few. Just do what you're supposed to, and they will stay out of the equation. ELDERS Most of the elders have been around since day one, but some have proven themselves to the seniors and peers. Not one Elder is above the other, but only a select few wills ever receive orders from the seniors. Most of the elders play a big role in the family whether they know it or not. They can be seen in Mostly white clothing with a black trim and in the standard "Family Car" BIG COUSINS Once the status of "Lil One" has been passed you come across the big cousins. They have more responsibilities than the "Lil Ones" and are privileged to more knowledge as well. When not out running around with the family, they are normally responsible for keeping an eye on the "Lil Ones". They can be seen in mostly black outfits with white trim and in the standard "Family Car" NEWBORNZ These are the new recruits. Not yet trusted, but still very valuable to the squad. They will be put through trials and withered down to see what they are made of. Quitters will quit, Warriors will thrive. They can be seen in mostly black outfits but in the standard "Family Car" FAMILY FRIEND They come around enough to be noticed by The Family. They will be in their own wardrobe.

Artwork By: BigToony LOYALTY - HONOR - RESPECT LOYALTY- No one should be placed above the family. Absolutely NOBODY. The Family comes before any person's personal gains and/or ventures. Lies and thievery from the family is not to be tolerated and should be brought to the attention of the elders. Every crew is as strong as their weakest link. If we can't trust you, we can't rock with you. This also extends to our allies. If a clear alliance is established, they are considered "Family Friends". HONOR - This extends to you and "The Family". Honor the image of not yourself but also the squad. If you're going around starting trouble just to get in altercations is not only wreckless but is also a fast way out the door. So, with that being said, honor yourself. Cause if you can't honor yourself, how can you honor the squad? This also extends to our allies. Watch how you react to certain situations. Sometimes it's best to let the talkers talk and the walkers walk. RESPECT - Respect the values of the squad. Respect your family members and their personal belongings. Respect yourself. Also respect your enemies as well and never underestimate a situation. This one rule can be the difference between peace and all-out war.
