Mike Jenson was raised in St. Louis, Missouri in the slumbs of the city, where fight to survive is taken to the extreme. Mike started his life quite normal, with his drug addicted mother and his abusive drunken father, with no love in his life, Mike was in search of something that brought pleasure to his life. At first it started out at school getting into fight after fight, getting more violent time after time, soon he was expelled for breaking a kids arm in a school fight, after this Little mike locked himself away in his room blocking his door from the horrors that he met out side. For 4weeks he sat in his bed rocking back and forth listening to the sound of glasses being broken and the crackling screams of his mother as his father rampaged through the house leaving not even his wife in one peice, night after night the banging of his father would echo in his roof as he hid under the cover hoping he would not be the next victim of his fathers abuse. After Mike had been let back into school things was different, the urge for a fight didnt flow though his tourmented body, but something grew stronger more powerful than that urge. After a tireing long day at school, the walk home was apon him knowing he would not be welcomed back to a loving home, he dreamt about the day he could avenge them of the shitty child hood he had to endure. On the way back he spotted a rackoon in a near by ally way, with the curiouse mind he followed the unsuspecting raccoon to its soon fait, as Mike got closer the urge from the school shot through his veins like venom. THE NEED TO KILL WAS UPON HIM. he pounced at the unsuspecting raccoon grabbing it by the neck as it wriggled attempting to clear the clutches of this future killer but it was no match, as he layed the poor creature onto the drug filled allyway, in a instant it was put out its missery, and the brutally dragged down the street back to the broken house they called home, he carefully sneaked past his parents passed out from taking too many drugs and up to his damp, cold, bug infestated roof, where he layed the animal on his chipped oak desk and with much precision sliced the anim in two down the belly with his knife he kept on his belt, rummaging through its belly like a pick and mix wripping out its guts and tossing them across his room with no care, just as happy as he can be. Soon after he finished Mike sewed the belly up and threw the rotting carcass under his mattress feeling that sense of closure knowing he owned that animals life. Fast forward to the present - Mike now verging on 26, in and out of prison on the daily after moving to los santos has not had the urge since that night with that raccoon until now but the stronger feeling comes with wanting a bigger pize, a human, with this comes great fear, as a raccoon has no fighting power but a human has. One night after scouting out in a pub for a victim, he spotted a 19-20 year old woman with brown eyes and pretty blond curly hair exiting the pub. Mike knowing he could take on a woman suggested he gave her a lift home, with much reluctancy he managed to get he into his vehicle, driving down the dark covered streets of los santos he got he to a ally way, with her being fully blacked out, he dragged her out of the car to a abandoned unit on the same block, tighing her up and waiting there paitently to wake up from her deep sleep. As the woman woke up early the next morning Mike Jenson was stil waiting with now a array of tools, consiting of carving knifes to plyers, as she screamed in fear of the inevitable Mike grew less and less patient, begining to tourture the young girl as she begged him to stop, he wouldnt he was enjoying it too much, a long two hours of screaming the unit went silent and it was done. But Mike Jenson was not done.

I feel like a better suggestion is that the Gov have a set budget for different departments and when taking out items those items are tracked and taken out of the budget for the faction that they take it out from and then, that means that cops need to think before they do as if they get in a shoot out and loose a gun it affects the whole of the department, so if a officer is loosing too many items they will be talked to and have repercussions.

Those are some good suggestions but still cop rp should be like crim rp no buffs or nerfs, they either need to make the guns obtainable so that its fair or have the crims gun prices lower or smth like that bc atm there is 0 point from doing anything with cops if they pull you over and they want to arresst you they will so its seems so un fair atm.

+1 I think this is a great idea as your not able to rob them with no reason as thats nrp even if they have weapons on them, so the only way to aquire one off a cop is if there is a shootout or a situation, and I feel at this moment in time fighting a cop is severely unfair as criminals loose loads of money in the situations and have no chance of getting rewards, also as cops have no chance of loosing items or money they think less stratigecally about the situations there in, just rolling in guns blazing with no risk to their lifes.

Bro the server is hardly dead and i think i would improve the activity of players as they will have more plants and will be more willing to cook drugs leading to more fights and action.

no it was yesterday, nobody came in or out but i did do a couple of other atms js before that so i get why then but today i got caught with noone around and 2cops showed up and knew i was there i asked about the xray helicopter and he said yes

I got told by the pd there is a xray helicopter, so if there isnt how do they know where I am when i hit a atm before i finish

what i want to say is i feel the xray helicopter gives the cops a huge advantage over the criminals in the city and means theres a uneven balance now as you are unable to make a criminal act without 5police cars pulling up the second you do something. over the past week i have been caught the second the helicopter comes out, 1. because you cant here it or see it and 2. because it has xray so it detects 100% of crime in the city this means that people who take a criminal path are now unable to do anything as it is a 100% catch rate and therefore soon there will be less to non crime in the city. I also find this kinda unrealistic as a helicopter is not going to be patrolling the sky in a city all day as there is no reason for it to be doing that, I think the use of the helicopter should only be used in chases as that is a good and reasonable use for them, this is also true as the police do not want to waste fuel on flying a helicopter unless needed to and skying on petty crime or scouting for crime with xray is not a reason for that. If there is an unbalanced amount of crime and legit workers makeing the roleplay less fun as everyone would just be legit if you get sent to prison every 5mins.
