PREFACE:
ICE is a criminal organization, founded by Rodger Johnson and co-founded by Amir Zadeh, located at the oil company in Murrieta Heights. This is a criminal organization that has a front as an oil company. The organization specializes in illegal resource, weapon, and drug trading behind the scenes.
STORY:
Rodger Johnson and lifelong friend Amir Zadeh landed in Los Santos in order to start new lives. Johnson, an American, lived in Texas and worked in various oil fields gaining extensive experience within the oil industry. Zadeh on the other hand was born in Mumbai, India and worked as a computer programmer for a large tech company. Zadeh's company outsourced software for the oil industry in Texas and that's how they met each other. Both Johnson and Zadeh were fed up with their jobs and sick of being treated poorly so they decided to move to Los Santos in order to better their lives. Leaving everything behind, they both took an immense risk and flew to Los Santos. Once in Los Santos, they were split together for quite some time in order to make some money. Johnson found himself within the trucking industry, driving fuel trucks to make an honest dollar. Zadeh was involved in a small fishing business and made some decent money as well. Once they both amassed enough money to start their organization, Johnson immediately headed towards the black gold. With oil being the only thing he knows, he found an abandoned oil company in Murrieta Heights. It looked like nobody had worked at the place within 10 years, which was strange because the gas stations of Los Santos were still in business. Taking advantage of this opportunity, Johnson decided to set up shop, using the warehouses and oil rigs to start business. Zadeh on the other hand operated behind the scenes, the mastermind behind the criminal operations. They now have opened up their criminal enterprise looking for new members and business within Los Santos.
