  1. Jay Lee Crow was born on May 20, 1995, in Los Santos, San Andreas. His life starts in what some would call, "an upper-class family". Jay graduated from a private High-school in Los Santos. His father, John Crow and Mother, Margrett Crow made a decent living in the city, making enough money to send Jay to a private school, preparing him for law school. John was retired US Navy after 16 years. After he retired, he found a job with the local police department. He held this job for 4 years. Jay grew up under the harsh foot of his father, learning self-discipline, honesty, morality and above all, taught the value of hard work. Margrett would pass away at the age of 48 of breast cancer, Jay was only 18 when she passed, fresh out of high school and barely in his first year of college. After she passed, John fell into a deep depression, often taking out his anger on his son. He became a horrible alcoholic, putting him in the hospital for most of his free time and the rest, weak and couch ridden. 2 years of abuse he would sustain until finally, his father passed from a fatal heart-attack, brought on by his excessive drinking. Jay blamed himself for a time, deciding he had enough of the city, Jay left for Nevada. He re-applied for public college and served 4 years at Nevada State College, earning his bachelor's degree in General Studies + Law/Public Safety Leadership. Now the age of 26, Jay decided it was time to come home, starting his life anew and taking his father's teaching with him. Jay made a vow to never end up like his father. A great man who had fallen to depression. He wanted to take up his father's mantle as a police officer, to hopefully make a real change in the world. To protect and to serve.
