Hey,
I know it has been suggested already but I had this issue a while ago and the problem was with one of the new update's files.
My anti virus would identify it as a threat and therefore blocked all downloads from their servers, the only thing which fixed it was completely disabling my antivirus until all files were downloaded. -

I am netural on this one, I don't believe it's something that requires the development's attention or something that has priority. There are so many things and other suggestions that the attention of the developers should focused on.
