@arcangelHi, thats what I meant, if the car is stolen then they can report it stolen and they won't receive fines, like the police can possibly do it in their MDC.

People can get 6+ hours from a small incident escalating from a speeding limit to evading to an attempted murder, so we should be able to do stuff to reduce our time by doing community service, good behaviour, cooking, cleaning, etc. Right now, most people in prison are just AFK in their cells, doing something irl so its no fun. Adding this would add more roleplay and more stuff to do in prison, as the guards are barely in the jail.

If a car is stolen, by lockpicking, we shouldn't get charged for speeding as in real life, the charges would go to the license plate and you would have to pay them off like that, not magically just assign to your character. If your cars been stolen you can report it stolen and if anyone was to go over the speed limit in that car , it wouldn't give you fines.

Most definitely -1 You can't be saying that, this is a server for fun role-play, people don't come here to educate themselves. Furthermore, if your rewarded exp / money, do you not think people will go afk deliberately just to get the rewards? People in prison will be making so much from the rewards. Not knowing maths doesn't decrease or increase your RP by any way.
