help eclipse server commands not working after time.

yo! i have this strange bug, when i travel like 1 km or something commands stops working. I can't type, i can't speak, i can only walk. I see players talking/driving all good, but i can't do shit, feels like im pinged. When i go to new place i have to wait for few minutes to load all commands up. Is there any fix? It's unplayable, help.
