Syndicate aint a neighbourhood street gang where we try to maintain controll of certain streets or neighbourhoods, Syndicate is more focused on higher level crime then selling dope on a street corner. In my eyes we "might" be more of the guys that supply the hoods with their merchandise that they sell. Imo atm The Car dealership fits the role as a HQ for the Syndicate perfectly.
