The Firm

We were founded in 1977 and use to fight across all of the UK against the biggest and best firms around but we always came out on top we were the best around and remained the best and always will. We started fighting at the age of 16-18 for the pure love and passion for our football club and the love for the firm its self we wanted to show everyone around who was the best and we sure did that. Now we want to move onto a bigger scene and put our fighting to use and grind our way up in a different city.  

We came to Los Santos for one thing and that truly to take over and make it to the top with the best whilst earning respect from other big gangs who have done the same we are here to show that we are here to stay. 

Our leader Hugo had many war scares and knew all about what it would take to bring the firm over from the UK but he knew he had strong men behind him and was ready to take on the challenge Hugo had faced many challenges in his life time and knew what it would take but he was willing to risk it all to give it a chance. 

The Firm is currently operating out of a little spot near the butchers in a industrial estate and is holding down a solid spot looking to purchase the warehouse at the location. We will be operating in all different aspects of crime such as hustling people, robbing stores and also cooking drugs we will always be looking for ways to make money to purchase different assets such as warehouses and properties. 

 

Recruit a more solid base of members  

Become a more recognised organisation among the city  

Create relations with other gangs across the city  

Establish a property/warehouse 

Acquire heavy weapons more frequently and more easily  

Establish Neutrality/Allyship with chosen selected gangs  

Don [leader of the gang and sorts out financial side of things and also gang diplomacy] 

Ultras [Underbosses helps the Don with decisions and other gang related tasks people who can take over when the dons not around] 

Shotters [More established members of the gang and can help and take over when no high command is around and someone who is trusted] 

Youngers [someone who has proven themselves to get passed the trial stage and showing good willing and wanting to ensure the gangs goes in the right direction] 

Yute [someone who has been given chance to prove themselves and looking to climb the ranks and learn more]  

We will be wearing casual clothing such as jeans and hoodies and mostly joggers and jackets. We will be wearing this as this is culture for us back in the UK and would be worn mostly when fighting for comfort and durability.

As The Firm Slowly started to build up there numbers they decided that they would start doing more activity among the city and started to show there numbers. they met up at a place they decided to call there home there new HQ and discussed many different aspects of what they wanted to achieve. Hugo lay down what approach he wanted us to take and decided that he felt he could trust his brothers and it was time to step up and be on the scene a bit more and try to gain reputation slowly.

The Firm all agreed that they wanted to succeed and would give there all to make this gang work and would not let anything get in the way and continued to represent the gang and the mask.

Hugo and his brothers would continue to build on what they had already achieved and would slowly try to climb the ranks and get the gangs name out to more people and establish connections with other gangs.

Building Relations 

As The Firm grew stronger they started to build relations with other gangs across the city and building there reputation up.

Certain gangs had crossed The Firm in the wrong way and Hugo and his brothers made sure consequences were served he made sure that certain gangs that had crossed them would pay for their mistakes.  

As of them consequences The Firm charged 2 gangs tax for wasting there time one gang was charged 140k and one gang was charged 50k and put on strike system if the gangs caused any more problems they would be put on a tax system.

The Firm and MoreBlood Leaders both met up in prison and had a idea to make money on the inside as well as the outside. Hugo and Kane both decided that selling drugs inside was the best money making method and both agreed to give it a try.

slowly but surely Hugo and Kane started to take over the prison scene and slowly started to make a name for themselves and showed the other inmates that they were powerful and not to be messed with.  

one of the inmates owed Hugo and Kane money and decided he did not want to pay. One way or another Hugo and Kane would get their money no matter the consequences. The inmate had to be shown the hard way and was dealt with very easily and paid Hugo and Kane. 

Hugo and Kane remained on top until their time was up in prison.

It was late in the day and we had word, More Blood wanted to take purple from East Side Ballas, The Firm was told More Blood was hunting down East Side Ballas for not dropping colors and it looks like Ballas was taking a huge risk to fight back for their color. Remy and Tyrone members from The Firm, was going down groove street where East Side Ballas hang at. The Firm see More Blood at their HQ lock picking their cars. The Firm and More Blood relations is really close since the leaders of the two gangs are great friends. The Firm was driving around watching this take place. Some more members from the firm went down groove street and ran into a member from East Side Ballas telling a High Command from The Firm, "Tell Tyrone to stop driving around my hq, im looking for Tyrone" making it seem he was going to hunt him down. The rest of the firm members where really surprise that the East Side Ballas really wanted to start making conflicts. Remy calls his sister who is in East Side Ballas Hayden, asking why is your members being disrespectful to The Firm, she said "I dont know im going to find out right now, we dont need problems from the firm." The high commands agreed to tax East Side Ballas 50k and 4 tables Remy had gave them for a good price. If they payed up The Firm will leave everything alone. The Firm demanded a meeting with East Side Ballas at observatory. The Firm and East Side Ballas met up and spoke there sides of the story, and it was a whole misunderstanding. Sampson was at the meeting and The Firm found out he was the one saying the things about Tyrone, He was saying in his defense that he did not mean the Tyrone from The Firm which was kind of suspicious since we only have one Tyrone in The Firm and the fact he told a firm member was weird. East Side Ballas best chance was to pay or get hunted down from The Firm. Sampson said at the meeting, "Im sorry to say this but im not paying and im not giving the tables." East Side Ballas were yelling at him saying we need to pay. At that point, Eric from East Side Ballas said "How can you be like that, so you will jeopardize your family over some money" and Sampson said "yes". Eric said "Take the fucking clothes off, ill fucking pay it and shit like that, get the fuck outta here." Eric demanded him to get on his knees and he ran off and got sprayed down.

After The Firm had hit a rough point in their path things could only get better for them as members decided to go their own way for different reasons 

It was time for The Firm to build up again and grind the determination and strength was bigger and better than before the firm knew what they had to do.

Hugo Rallied up his boys and told them what exactly was going to happen and knew it was time to take action.

The streets of Los Santos had always known Hugo Whitehead. As a kid, he ran errands for the older boys, learning the ropes of The Firms underground dealings. By the time he hit twenty, he was the undisputed leader of The Firm , a gang that controlled the neighbourhood with no threat 

Hugo had a reputation for being ruthless but fair. He knew every corner, every alley, and every person worth knowing. For years, The Firm  ruled the block, ensuring their territory remained untouched by rival gangs and the police alike.

But things changed when Hugo was sent away. A botched heist and a betrayed ally landed him in prison for a decade. In his absence, The Firm crumbled, their territory swallowed up by rival gangs and a corrupt councilman eager to gentrify the area.

Now, Hugo was back. Older, wiser, and determined to reclaim what was his. The once vibrant Thugs that adorned the walls were now covered in graffiti tags of rival gangs that had seized control.

Hugo's first stop was the old HQ, now a rundown shell of its former self. There, he found Paulo and Alexei, his old Underbosses, now a community leader fighting to keep the block from descending further into chaos.

"Hugo," Paulo and Alexei  greeted him, a mixture of relief and apprehension in his voice. "You really came back."

"I'm here to take back the block," Hugo replied, his voice resolute. "But things are gonna be different this time."

It was just another day until Paulo and Alexei got a call from Hugo, he had called the lads to let them know there was some trouble brewing at the casino, Paulo and Alexei grabbed there straps and drove to the casino as fast as possible.

they got there to find out Hugo was no longer there and had apparently been getting chased and rammed off 2 purple thugs on dirt bikes, the boys all jumped on a radio and started giving locations of where they were so Paulo and Alexei went to the set location to find that Hugo had already killed one of the thugs. 

 Hugo had sent Paulo to go find the other guy, So Paulo jumped on a dirt bike trying to look for the other man wearing purple after a couple minutes of driving around he had found the thug right next to the purple dinosaur, Paulo called in on radio that he had found the guy running for his life and quickly went over to go confront him.

When the lads all got there they started asking questions but They eventually had enough of listening to the purple man and decided to do him a favor and cut his dreads out leaving him bald and took all his belongings, The lads left the thug 3 miles away from the city with no vehicle or radio to teach him a lesson and send a message that next time wouldn't be so merciful.

It all started five years ago. I was a small-time hustler, running petty scams and street deals to make ends meet. But I had bigger dreams. I wanted to rule. The opportunity came when I intercepted a shipment of military-grade weapons destined for a rival gang. It was a risky move, but it paid off. I sold the weapons at double their value and used the profits to set up my own operation.

 

The gun trade is a dangerous business, but it’s also highly lucrative. My operation, meticulously planned and ruthlessly executed, had become the most notorious in the city. We didn't just sell guns; we sold power, fear, and control.

Early on, I made a crucial connection with a guy named Sam . Sam was a top-level arms dealer with a network of contacts who was willing to help whilst making himself some money Sam would be a close and loyal contact to Hugo and his boys.

BRINGING IT BACK!!!

Hugo woke with a heavy heart. Frustrated with the way things have been. His brothers and girlfriend out risking their lives without having him to back them up. Never knowing if they will pick up the phone. Hugo sighs and gives Freddie a call. Within a few minutes he hears an exhausted voice over the line.
“Are you still having a difficult time with your group?” Hugo asks. 
“Yeah I’m tired of this.” Freddie grumbled. Now was the time to bring it up.
“We should get the gang back together.” Hugo said with a stretch.”No more getting walked over. No more standing around. No more-”
“No more not being listened to.” Freddie interrupts. “Let’s see who we can get together and meet up.”

~A Few Hours later~

On the top of a parking lot a group of people stood together. “We can’t do that color another gang uses it.” One person said. 
“Let’s go orange.” another said.
Both the girls standing together shouted. “No!”
“Then we will do dark green. We can look at the colors at the store.” Hugo said. Hugo looked around the group hiding a smile.  This will be good. He thought to himself.

A group of friends that quickly became family. A gang revived and overflowing with potential. You will know our name.
We are done being ignored.
 We are done being pushed around.
