Crate a Give Command for Inventory Items - /give (playerID) (Quantity) (Item)

With people more willing to pass around drinks, food, etc to help each other from dying of starvation or dehydration it would be nice to have a simple command to give items that you have in your inventory to another player without dropping them on the ground.

Nothing sadder than seeing a hungry fella and making them eat a burger I through on the ground. The command would be simple - /give (target ID) (quantity of item) (Name of Item) since the items already have simple names in the inventory

 

/give 14 1 Burger

 

Thoughts?
