After spending five months with the Waterfelons, Colin decided it was time to move on. Although he appreciated his time with the club, he realized he missed the brotherhood and lifestyle of a traditional motorcycle club. Determined to return to his roots, he decided to re-establish the club he had once been part of in the Netherlands Outlaws MC this time in Los Santos.

Colin reached out to his longtime friend Angelo and shared his plans to start the club. Without hesitation, Angelo agreed to stand by his side, becoming the first official member of Outlaws MC Los Santos.

Once they had chosen their kuttes and patches, they met with the Lost MC to discuss where they could establish their mother chapter. Wanting to avoid conflict and build the club in peace, they looked for a quiet location away from the city's chaos. Desha welcomed the idea and offered them a place in Grapeseed. After hours of riding through the countryside, Angelo discovered the perfect spot a secluded location that would become the home of the Outlaws MC Mother Chapter.

From that day forward, the two men began rebuilding the club from the ground up, recruiting loyal members, earning respect, and laying the foundation for what they hoped would become one of the strongest motorcycle clubs in San Andreas.

Lost did invite Outlaws for a ride out with them and LSMC. Colin did agree right away

Colin did talk with the Outlaws right before heading to Stab for some ground rules

since some of the gang were new he made it clear that no illegal items were allowed.

The ride out went great! It was a honor to ride between Lost and LSMC

Outlaws MC Netherlands was founded by inmates, truckers, and farmers who shared the same passion for motorcycles and brotherhood. Colin has never forgotten the club's roots and believes that every person deserves respect, regardless of their background. The values on which the club was built will always remain at the heart of Outlaws MC.

Angelo Freeman

After the fall of his previous set, Angelo was left all alone in the city with no one to rely on. It wasn’t long before he met Colin when he was asked to start a motorcycle club. Outlaws MC, as Colin named it. With his Dutch background, Colin knew what he was doing. And that was all Angelo needed to know to spark the interest in Outlaws MC as he held the banner with his comrade.
That was it for Angelo. Outlaws MC, home.

Standing On Business

As soon as Angelo and Colin started building the club, they started building the business as well. Started small-time, but their ambition was to grow as big as possible. Angelo always started his day with a spray can and the walls, drawing graffiti of his club all over the place. Soon after he would rest from all spraying and take a break. His old legs don't let him stand for too long.
Not too long after that, he hops on his bike to visit the wilderness and see if he can find some marijuana plants to roll some blunts.
Angelo is optimistic about what the future holds for him.
