To be fair I'm not entirely sure in which category does "using the tazer when inside the car" fall onto. 

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
As far as I know it is not allowed to use the tazer in such situations, especially since they saw a shotgun on my back, they should at least take out their lethal pistols, not taze me onto the ground and finish the chase with so much ease. I'll refrain from doing back-and-forths, if the admin considers it was ok, then it was ok.

Hello, Jonathan Martin here. We were chasing Roxie Sapphiria's vehicle when she stopped/crashed and got out of the vehicle, and attempted to run. I attempted to get out of my vehicle but found her already tased. It should be noted that I was not the one who tased, nor do I know who tased. Furthermore, I only have POV of 1 minute before she said that she would be making the report, which does not include the incident itself.

Heya Aron Richard here (Assured have been informed by myself of my account issues on the forums.)
 

So ima keep it short and as accurate as I can with most details as possible since this was a few days ago and I do not remember all the details.

I clocked on at the police station, And as soon as I did I was called to a tactical Channel of Jtac, After Arriving in said channel, I have been told that there is an active pursuit of a Elegy RH7.

We have chased the vehicle throughout the city and partially paleto when the entire time we have been made aware of the potential ambush/Car Switch by David Theangel duo to past experience with both individuals.

After the car has collided with a building (or have been PITted, I was not at the actual collision.) Roxie was boxed In and hoped out with a heavy on her back and decided to ran into the chicken factory, By then units seating in the car (NOT MOVING IN THE CAR) and on foot deployed taser while she wasn't holding the heavy/firearm in general in hand.
She was tased and said something regarding a forum post being posted therefore I boldly assumed that no POV is needed & that its going to be a faction thread or something like that, And since my medal was not working at the time + no POV was officially  asked, Otherwise I would make sure through faction chat that everyone involved saved their POV.

I didn’t get asked to save pov. It is not a rule break to tase from a car. I said no because I wanted to, It was not negative I was just saying no
