Myles Edwards Posted Friday at 09:01 PM Report Posted Friday at 09:01 PM (edited) Player(s) being reported: ID-2 Date of interaction reported: 29/05/2026 Unix time stamp from HUD: Unix time stamp here. Your character name: Rafael Mendoza Other player(s) involved: SD Specific rule(s) broken: Non-Roleplay behavior is considered as actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) His gang hit a bank and a pursuit broke out, ID 2 was in a 2 stacked ignus and the pursuit lasted a good 20 minutes until he fully sent it into the docks, Sending a very expensive supercar into the water from a height to get destroyed seems very NRP to me, also disregarding how this would affect his character, seen people get punished for it before and just seems very unrealistic Evidence of rule breach https://medal.tv/games/imported-clips/clips/mOg3oYKby0ECoF8SZ?invite=cr-MSxqNGYsNDI1ODM5MjY4 Edited Friday at 10:18 PM by Myles Edwards Quote

Woodro Posted Sunday at 07:37 AM Report Posted Sunday at 07:37 AM First off, thank you for your time spent on this report. Unfortunately, I do not have saved POV as I did not have Instant Replay on. I can however explain my reasoning. At the beginning of this situation during negotiations at the bank, we agreed we would not do drop cars. I was the only one evading in a car, the rest were on bikes. I think it is also worth noting, other than the player that left the bank with me in my vehicle, I did not know anyone else inside the bank. We happened to come up on the bank at the exact right time and joined in. Anyways, during the pursuit, my car stalled at one point and one of the officers fire at my vehicle and took tires (which we had also agreed to not do to my understanding. Despite my best efforts the vehicle was becoming increasingly damaged as a direct result to the shot out tires. On top of that, I was dangerously low on fuel. The car was already close to being completely totaled so I coordinated a pickup for myself over radio at a specific spot on the pier. We planned for me to ditch the useless vehicle in the bay and he would pick me at the specified ladder. My character chose to ditch the vehicle which was red engined and essentially useless and would already cost a fortune to repair. With steroids taken and pockets completely full of cash, he chose the cash and freedom. I do recognize that this is definitely not your everyday tactic but christopher has extensive evasion and robbery experience, technically owns 2 different mechanic shops, and has an extensive background as a working mechanic in the city. I think it's reasonable that he would could and would pull a stunt like this as he is a skilled driver, skilled thief, and is more than willing and capable to repair/rebuild a totaled vehicle. I realize that the lack of POV is not ideal, but Denver_Pine and Lucien_Vespucci can vouch for the organized plan over radio for this scenario and I believe Denver tried to save POV but cannot confirm that. But he watched it all happen and was the player i planned it all out with. Lucien was in the car with me at first and got away, he heard the planning over radio. I hope this is helpful. Do what you gotta do, no hard feelings to any parties involved. Quote
