Not much to say here. I was at Legion and looked in this dudes trunk. Got some weed out of it. He then started trying to kill me and rightfully so. I ran around a bunch and evaded him. He then gets in his car and starts trying to run me over. I get away from that and he starts trying to punch me again. At this point I decided to try to fight. I win and down him. He then combat logs. At this point, I put in crash reports to see if he is coming back. After a bit he comes back, sees me, and logs again. Then at that point his friend logs in and comes over me. He confronted me, somehow knowing and said his friend radioed (He didn't). He then downs me. On que he takes out his terminus with a trunk and his friend logs in. 

Adding onto this report, I saw him at Benny's and tried to get some revenge. He locks his car before I can pull him out so I start hitting it. Dude backs up and straight up floors it, running me over. 

THEN after that, when I told him im adding VDM to the report and told him to save POV he went all OOC toxic. 

Due to this I lost the weed plants, lost whatever he had on him, and lost what was in the car as I was going to lockpick it. This is clear metagming and combat logging.
