Upon logging in minutes after a server restart I heard on freq that the boys had robbed and killed a Locos member with another getting away. I would like to state that I was not present when this was happening, i was at my house. Figuring the boys were holding Elysian based on where they were, I went and grabbed a kit to hold with them when they returned from stashing, as Locos have greenlit everyone and have just been continuously pushing us every day. It was at this point that John had logged on and heard some coms, i told him to grab shit and to come hold. He said he needed to grab methadone and a steroid so i went near the area as we were concerned Locos would do exactly what they did. There was not a single demand given to John, if they had of initiated a robbery because of his heavy fair enough but there was absolutely 0 communication apart from "OTF or Shadows" which he responds by trying to leave in which one of Locos can be heard saying "smoke him". Obviously i was not gonna let my IC brother and leader go out alone, in the words of Ronald Highbottom "I put on for my gang". Any escalation would have been great, a robbery or even a kidnapping instead of just killing with 0 context. Again neither john nor myself had stepped foot in the lab or were present for the initial fight.

I would like to give honorable mention to this report where two empire members just received punishment for the exact same thing.

hey Daxu! thank you for taking this report! hope your day is going splendid!
sadly i did not get pov as i had just gotten on and hadnt started obs yet, 

So i woke up and got on freq hearing talks about some fights that had happened, so i got my ak and some drugs into a bag and got my kit ready for the day, heading to banning black market dealer realizing i was out of methadone, i had asked for some on freq but nobody had any on them to spare, i get there and see some people there, wait for them without saying anything, they leave, i go in, get my beautiful savior from screen effects methadone, walk out set my bag down, retrieve my weapon from the bag to have it in the glove box incase it becomes needed. and see a grey kamacho pull up on me, with 1 person in it, who appears to be locos, i get in my car, no words, he backs up, i hadnt pulled or really even looked in lil homies direction, i simply get in my terminus and drive off, saying on freq (whispering) that a 1 stacked kamacho had just pulled up on me looked like locos, homie then begins the chase, still no words exchanged between us in voip or text, im cruisin down the road when BAM i slam the hell out of frankie... unfortunate.... womp womp for me.... i sit there for a second stalled contemplating if i just hop out and try to hop in with frankie or attempt to start my car. thats when the only words they utter to me this whole interaction are spoken, 3 words within a minute or two span....... "OTF or Shadows" i simply turned my car on and drove away, no words spoken from me, i am then met with multiple pits almost flipping my car followed by a storm trooper barrage of bullets ultimately rendering my car undriveable and myself swish cheesed. i com this on freq, alerting i am probably dead, i attempt to hop out realizing i had come so unprepared for a fight my silly ass forgot to put the ak in my loadout, subsequently in the final swish cheesing and my untimely death.

Hi, Honcho Poncho here, i would like to start my response by thanking the admins for taking this response, although i was not stated in this response, I was a key role in this situation. we were holding boat lab when the server was about to restart, Jay and I were still holding and our other boys were rolling around minding there buisness. a few minutes before the server restart i deposit my drug and wait for the server to go back up jay remained in the lab as he had a cook on him still, 5 minutes go by we log back in and i hear that Jay Chops is calling he is getting pushed at the lab, these people took advantage of the server restart and waited to wake up at the lab because they knew one of us was holding still, i get back to the lab asap but it was to late they killed jay, i heard them finishing him of so i decided to wait for them and follow but they spotted me first and started chasing me i managed to get out and informed our boys jay was killed so we were looking for shadows as he informed us before getting killed shadows was pushing him, i drive to the black market doctor to see if they went there after because knowing jay he isnt going down without hurting or injuring another, i pull up and see 1 person with an ak on his back and ap on he was running inside the building to speak to the doctor but ran off the second he saw me and started calling it out on radio, i followed him and started to honk to get his attention and ask him if he was shadows or otf he started to circle me and act suspisious our boys who were allready on there way came to the location we followed him, until he crashed and i asked him  if he was otf or shadows because we were activly looking for them he turned his engine back on called out on radio he was getting chased he didnt interact with me once it was clear he was panicking because he knew why we were there.  At around 2:30, you can hear one of the shadows say ''yeah we just robbed and killed some locos'' everyone clearly knew what was going on during the time, so for john to say he got shot for no reason is wild to me, as he was well aware and geared up to take more action on what just happened you can hear them talk about the situation from the start of there own clip so the knew what was going on as there members just killed ours and chased and shot me.

Hiya Ricky here,

This all started when I had logged off for the server restart, when I logged back on I heard Honcho saying we had to get ready as we just had a fight with Shadows, We've been having frequent fights with Shadows in the morning as apparently we have "greenlit everyone" Anyways, by the time I had gotten geared up and ready for a fight, the shadows guys were nowhere to be seen, Me & Ernestas are now aware tensions with Shadows is currently high as less than 30 minutes ago they had a shootout with them. Me & Ernestas stacked up and began driving around to look for them, when Honcho called out hes seen them by black market doctor, as seen in Honcho's POV he began trying to talk to him by honking but Mr. John was evidently very scared to have a little chat, anyways, by the time we pulled up Frankie had stalled him out and I asked whether he was OTF as we had seen a similar terminus, by the time he got his terminus we confirmed it was Shadows, now. He still continues trying to run away from us and since he made absolutely 0 attempt to even try talking his way out, even if tensions are high. Running makes it look worse for you, You all had heavies, You all were aware tensions were high, You knew a fight would occur. John continues trying to run and Honcho mistakenly identified John as the one who was at the big boat lab, we quickly made sure he was positive and then began shooting as the 30 minute mark was not hit. John was swiftly killed as he continued running and Frankie was picked off by me & Ernestas.

I'd also like to place a counter report on John Chapel for potential mixing, as he yells over his radio that hes being Pit & Shot for no reason even though hes aware of the current IC tensions, I believe hes referring to the DM rules. On top of that, after he was killed he immediately went to /b and asked us to save POV even after Lewis said we should resort to PMs, Hes still done this even after he was punished in a previous report for going into /b and being ooc'ly toxic. I request the admins to have a look into this.

I unfortunately do not have POV as I did not have my Medal on, I had pressed my clip button but later realised it was never running in my background. Honchos POV covered everything.

This will be my one and only response as I do not need to respond to other peoples responses to prove I am right as I can contain myself and in full confidence believe the staff member will hand out the proper decision!

As mentioned by Honcho, shadows pushed us, one of us died but managed to call it out, Honcho spots a potential shadows member at the doctor, we follow it, try to confirm if it is them before doing anything, they stall, we drive up, spot the heavy and  the shadows mask. Under different circumstances none of this would have happened, but knowing that the shadows faction is hostile and is very near the original conflict area, has heavies, refuses to communicate with us and keeps speeding off, i start going for the terminus. Once he was injured, we started chasing Frankie.
