Mielevie Posted April 16 Author Report Posted April 16 (edited) Hedera's First Property Standing among the past and the future can feel quietly powerful. That’s where we were during our first talks with Larss’s previous owner. It was more than a typical negotiation. Each talk felt important. You could feel the years of hard work, identity, and pride in the space. We all understood that change doesn’t mean forgetting the past, but building on it. These instances called for composure, clear thinking, and a genuine commitment to respecting Larss’s history while imagining its future with Hedera. While we talked, we also visited other properties. Each place was different. Some had character but weren’t flexible enough. Others had potential but didn’t feel quite right. We realised this wasn’t just about checking off requirements. It was about trusting our instincts and feeling the possibilities as soon as we walked in. There’s a real difference between just a property and a location that feels like home. We weren’t only looking for walls or size. We wanted a foundation, a starting point that could support Hedera’s goals and give it space to grow with purpose. In the end, the journey changed how we saw things. Talking with Larss’s previous owner taught us to respect legacy. Seeing many properties helped us focus our vision. Together, these experiences showed us what “right” really meant for us. The right space isn’t just about what it is now. It’s about what it lets you become in the future. We all agreed that Larss was the right choice for us. It was notable not only for what it is now, but also for what it could become with our efforts. Feeling confident, we bought it together and have already begun shaping it to match our vision and values. We are proud to finally have a place of our own, something we can develop and grow over time. This is only the start, and we are excited to bring our ideas to life and share the first steps of this journey with you through our first property, Larss. Edited April 22 by Mielevie 2 Quote
Mielevie Posted April 16 Author Report Posted April 16 (edited) Hedera's Club Nears Completion Over the past few weeks, Emma, our contractor, has been hard at work bringing our vision of what a club in San Andreas should look and feel like. From day one, we gave her a clear plan and direction, and we’re excited to say she is close to delivering exactly what we imagined. This wasn’t something we wanted to rush. We knew from the start that we wanted to get it right the first time. While the old layout had its moments and was iconic in its own way, it had become outdated and no longer matched the atmosphere and vibe we wanted to create. Our focus has always been on putting socialising and experiences first. We wanted a place where people could fully immerse themselves in the music, atmosphere, and talent of the DJ on the decks. The new layout delivers exactly that, offering a more open environment that encourages interaction, energy, and unforgettable nights. There are still a few finishing touches to come, but we genuinely cannot wait to share this new chapter with all of you very soon. We also cannot wait to bring you Hedera Nights at Larss and begin creating a nightlife experience that San Andreas will never forget. Edited May 16 by Mielevie Quote
Mielevie Posted April 16 Author Report Posted April 16 (edited) Larss: The Return | Opening Night Approaches The build at Larss is officially complete, and we are now counting down the days until our first opening night under its new identity: Hedera presents Larss: The Return.. Over the past several weeks, our team has worked tirelessly to create a space that feels fresh, open, and truly reflective of the Hedera vision. From the beginning, we had a clear idea of what we wanted Larss to become, and thanks to the incredible work of our builder, Emma, that vision became a reality. We provided a concept and a base floor plan, and what stands today is remarkably close to exactly what we imagined. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and we could not be happier with the result. Once our licensing was finalized, we immediately turned our attention to making San Andreas aware that Hedera was arriving. Working alongside Weazel News, we launched a promotional campaign complete with posters and advertisements to spread the word about our upcoming opening. With the finishing touches now applied throughout Larss, we feel ready to open our doors and welcome everyone inside. But Larss is only the beginning. Recently, Hedera also acquired a brand new property that will become our future headquarters. While construction has not yet begun, it is an incredibly exciting development for the organization. We already have several ambitious ideas for the space, and if we can bring them to life, the building will become much more than a headquarters. Not only will it serve as a home for meetings and operations, but it will also be capable of hosting unique events unlike anything San Andreas has seen before. As Hedera continues to grow, so does our fleet. We have recently taken delivery of several new vehicles that will soon be seen across the state in our signature Hedera Blue livery. The fleet now includes the Canis Terminus, Ocelot Jugular, Obey Omnis e-GT, Benefactor Schlagen GT, and the Canis Castigator. It is an exciting time to be part of Hedera. With Lars ready to open, a future headquarters on the horizon, and continued expansion across our operations, we are looking forward to sharing the next chapter with all of San Andreas. We cannot wait to welcome you to Larss: The Return. Edited June 15 by Mielevie Quote
Mielevie Posted June 27 Author Report Posted June 27 Spoiler Larss: The Return | Preparing for Open Bambi and Dan spent a significant amount of time preparing for Larss return, ensuring everything was in place for a successful event. Together, they made runs to Brev Mart to collect essential supplies, including drinks and food, making sure everyone attending would stay hydrated and well fed throughout the evening. Having Brev Mart owned by Dan proved to be a huge advantage, as it helped keep costs to a minimum on event nights while still allowing the team to provide quality refreshments. The evening got off to a fantastic start as guests made a beeline for the raffle table, eager to get their entries in before making their way onto the dancefloor. The atmosphere quickly came alive thanks to the incredible music from DJ Sammy, whose energy and talent continue to make every Hedera event unforgettable. We are incredibly proud to have her as part of the Hedera family, and she represents everything we want our company and events to be. As the night went on, it was amazing to see so many familiar faces reconnect while also welcoming plenty of new ones from across the city. The event created the perfect opportunity for people to chat with government officials, ask questions, build new connections, and even catch a rare appearance from Asbo the Janitor, who, as many joked, only seems to emerge once every three months. The excitement continued as it was time to draw the raffle winners, bringing plenty of anticipation and celebration. Congratulations to Solomon Cobb, who walked away with the grand prize of a Sunrise R, while Savannah Castillo and Alfie Bainbridge each won an impressive $250,000. This event was just the beginning for Hedera and offered everyone a first glimpse of the standard, ambition, and experience we aim to deliver. We are excited to bring even more high quality events to San Andreas sooner than many expect, while continuing to grow our team by welcoming passionate new staff members who share our vision for the future.
