Furasian Posted February 17 Report Posted February 17 (edited) The Made Men In Liberty City, tradition, professionalism, and respect ran the streets. In the Italian ran streets, there were rules, there was a council, there was a don to answer to for anything less than legal. Jenson was raised under those values and rules, and earned the title of Capo for the Armistan Family. Little did he know, the territory he was expected to own, would not be in Liberty City. The Made Men was founded as a result of Jenson Armistan’s exploits within the Los Santos region mixed with connections from Liberty City. Coming from the Liberty City area, The Made Men is an italian influenced gang with new ideas challenging the old Italian tradition as a result of Jenson’s time in Los Santos. The idea of a pureblood Italian family will not survive in the fast paced modern streets of Los Santos. Now, on behalf of the Armistan family back home in Liberty City, Jenson works to try and carve their share of the pie in this chaotic place known as Liberty City. The Family Code: 1. Do not involve the police. The police do not get involved with the family business. No charges shall be pressed, no calls to the police shall be made. 2. Professionalism and Honor. Act like a man, stand tall next to your family with dignity and honor. 3. Contribute to Family Kickups will need to be done, our contacts in Liberty City expect to make a profit off our Los Santos Operations. The Capo will determine the kick up expected bi-weekly, or if no kickup will be done. 4. No Unauthorized Civilian Casualties. The Made Men are expected to be professionals, no innocent civilian murders will be done without the Capo’s say. Citizens actively engaging members of the Made Men are an exception. Accidental killings are an exception. 5. The Dress Code shall be followed when representing the family. Only Made Men wear suits and trench coats. Associates may dress accordingly within their budget. No Flip Flops, basketball shorts, or street wear like basketball shorts and jerseys. Wifebeaters, polo shirts, button shirts and tanktops are an acceptable shirt to wear when conducting business. 6. The Made Man title applies to both male and female along with the respect expected. An associate will answer to the Made Man with utmost respect. Family Goals The Made Men aren't their own family, but rather a small satellite faction that originates from Liberty City. Those who are Made will work for our Liberty City connections. Our first order of business, to establish ourselves, and prepare a kick-up to send back to our bosses. We'll be expected to send cash back to our Liberty City partners. Once established, a portion of our earnings will be sent to the Don every month. Hopefully, we'll earn favor with our Liberty City friends, and with favor comes more priviledges. ((The Family OOC Code)) A note from the Leader: The focus of this faction is to promote roleplay, we're here to go with the flow, not focus on the win or the loose. I intend for this faction to be a faction that's stress free, where we can have fun winning, and have fun loosing if we do loose. RP will be the focus here, and anyone will be able to hop in and enjoy. No EXP bar, just a roleplay standard. 1. The server rules will be followed- Players with admin logs must notify the faction supervisor / command staff of the encounter. Players that continuously violate rules can be expected to be suspended from faction related duties on top of the admin punishment they’ve received. 2. Stick to the family code- The family code is our identity, its what separates us from random groups and gives us a unique flavor to add to the RP scene. 3. No intentional drama with minimal /b disruptions. Faction issues can be handled though FM/LFM. 4. No Hour Requirements will be established at this stage. This will be just a fun faction to bring people together to promote some more sophisticated criminal RP! Rank Structure: Faction Leader - The Capo - The boss, the leader of the Los Santos Armistan operations. Command - Lieutenants - Lieutenants selected by the Capo to manage the operations in his absence. Supervisor - The Senior Made Man - A senior made man, they oversee the newer made men and enforce the family code. They are the voice of the Lieutenants and Capo in the absence of both. The Made Man- A made man, they oversee the Associates and Enforcers as well as the Hangarounds. They are shot callers and job organizers. They are the core of the family. The Associate - The associate are people with the foot in the door. Those noticed by made men who can take on more risky jobs. They answer to a made man, and handle daily business. They are expected to kick up to the made man whenever requested to do so. This is the highest risk position due to the constant criminal activity the Associate must undergo. The Hangaround - The hangaround are initiates to the Made Men. They're known to "hangaround" associates and made men, ready to prove themselves on the streets. Vehicle Loadout The Made Men will focus on Liberty City style vehicles. SUVs, and Sedans will be the primary vehicles along with a few select inner-city trucks. Sports cars will not be the vehicle of choice for the Armistan Family. Nor will militarized vehicles such as the Patriot or Kamacho, however the Terminus will be considered an acceptable vehicle to drive. Dirt bikes are allowed to accommodate for the Blaine sandy county terrain. Edited March 10 by Furasian 1 1 1 Quote
Furasian Posted February 24 Author Report Posted February 24 The first made man - “I didn’t know him at the time, but I could see opportunity. I saw a man who was working the 9 to 5, looking for something bigger, looking to get in the game. We talked, and it wasn’t before long, he was with me, flipping stores to make in 1 hour what he would make in 2 weeks in his old job. It wasn’t his ability to get dirty, however, that proved himself. On one job, things didn’t go well, we got pinched, but he kept a cool head. It was one cop, and two of us. He ran for the hills and stashed the cash, and turned himself in later. He didn’t rat, and he told the family of the cash, without any promise or threat. The man showed honor, integrity, loyalty, the traits of a made man. I had to find him, I had to recruit him… Make him our First Made Man.” 2 1 Quote
Furasian Posted February 27 Author Report Posted February 27 (edited) The First Job, The First Hard Time "Today was the day to start getting equipment. We had the money, and the destination, but little did I know, we had a warrant to worry about too. Those bastards must've found some prints somewhere somehow. Regardless, I was doin' hard time again, this time with family." Edited February 27 by Furasian 3 1 Quote
Furasian Posted March 2 Author Report Posted March 2 Late Shift "Salvatore Carbone, I knew him as Sal from our time together in Liberty City. The family must've sent him here to make sure things were going underway. I had to show him that we were making progress and setting up a long lasting operation here in Los Santos. We hit a house, cleaned it up good, then flipped a store or two. It was like old times. It was a relief to have a familiar face help run the operations here. Maybe both he and Grant will be pillars to the founding of the Made Men. I just hope they stick around for the long haul." 1 1 Quote
Furasian Posted March 9 Author Report Posted March 9 Made Men Tales - Maverick Morgan During late night crowd watching, I saw a lady throwing kicks and punches in a cluster of vehicles. Little did I know, this would lead me to finding another made man for the family. 2 1 Quote
Furasian Posted March 10 Author Report Posted March 10 More Numbers, More Risky Jobs The numbers grow, with the made men recruiting efforts, they have begun to take on associates into their organization. These new members work hard to earn their made men status, and ante up when they are called upon. It was a smooth job, until it wasn't. The doors were opened, the tellers were knocked out, they were working on the final door, then the radios came into life. Maverick warned the made men about cops approaching, then gunfire rang out. A passerby in civvies turned out to be a detective! Things fell apart quick. The capo got iced in the fighting, and the crew faced hard time once again. 3 1 Quote
Furasian Posted March 12 Author Report Posted March 12 First Deliveries, First Steps As the Made Men grow in numbers, they begin making relationships with the big names in the city. Some start off rocky at the end of a carbine in catfish, others start smooth in trailer park. It all ends the same though, everyone survives and makes it home. One member of the Made Men called themselves a nobody, but it was then the family began to realize, they were actually starting to become somebody, a name worth speaking in the streets, one that says 'I am not alone in this cold desert land.' 3 1 Quote
Furasian Posted March 19 Author Report Posted March 19 Big Payout The made men learned their lesson from the first robbery. They were smarter, made friends, and coordinated with more veteran gangs of Los Santos. Luck was on their side, a gang known as Dark Army was taking all the heat from the Police and Sheriffs Department. Recognizing Maverick Morgan for his efforts today and his time in the family as a made man, Jenson promoted the made man to a senior made man. May his loyalty and good judgement forever benefit the family. 1 1 Quote
Furasian Posted March 25 Author Report Posted March 25 Mysterious Encounters It seemed The Made Men have caught the attention of more than just other gangs. On a late night gathering, a mysterious voice spoke up on The Made Men frequencies, requesting the Capo's presence. Not trusting the meeting to be a good one, Jenson called on Salvatore, a man he could count on to watch his back, only Sal had been drinking prior to the meeting. Sal protested Jenson agreeing to do this mysterious meeting. "We don't fuckin know who these guys are!" "We don't need no fuckin babysitters!" The protests went on and on, but Jenson was firm with his decision. Jenson knew there was something more to this meeting, and making enemies was not on their to-do list. Little did both Jenson and Sal know, this small meeting, would put them on the path to even greater things... For the family. 2 Quote
Eoghan_Sterling Posted April 6 Report Posted April 6 More names, More payout's Been a busy month for the Made Men, our associate Dennis Pain proved himself during a bank robbery gone slightly wrong. From myself and Mr Westbrook being pulled over to Mr Pain executing a perfect theft of the car and distracting the corrupt cops long enough for Mr Westbrook and myself to make our getaway! Little did we know how short lived this would last as warrants were put out for our arrest shortly after! Once again Mr Pain is proving himself to the family by recruiting a new hang around Mr Valentine who has helped us flip a couple stores, who knows what else is in store for both Mr Pain and Mr Valentine... 2 Quote
Furasian Posted April 16 Author Report Posted April 16 ATMs and Close Calls What was suppose to be a quick and easy job, turned into a desperate struggle for freedom. They pulled all the stops to try and nab Jenson, and time was running short. Gas was low, an entire SWAT team was on his tail, Jenson makes a last ditch effort to hide in the tunnels beneath Power Street. His heart raced as he hid in the shadows. He saw men in tactical gear swarming the area, searching for him once they were finally able to move his Landstalker. Eventually the search got cold, and he slipped away unnoticed. 2 Quote
Furasian Posted April 19 Author Report Posted April 19 Hard Lessons The stories of the Made Men aren't always of victories and happy endings. Jenson and the Made Men find their narcotics expedition abruptly cancelled. Thankfully Senior Made Man Morgan made some quick moves and saved the real hardware, so the loss wasn't as bad as it could have been. "If you'd like to be left alone I suggest reaching out more negotiations to other groups" One man said. Nobody died today, but the Made Men learned a hard lesson that the few groups they do have friendships with, might not be enough for them to conduct their operations peacefully in Los Santos. 1 Quote
